This case does fit the 160 GB version, but it is a tight squeeze...you kind of have to jam it in. Once it's in, it feels secure.
My first case was defective...the snap that holds it up would not stay closed, so it would not stand up. Amazon shipped a replacement promptly at no charge.
The second one works and it's a big upgrade from the case that comes with the unit, and much more secure feeling. I was a little disappointed that there is no stylus holder, since the Archos does not have an on-board stylus holder.
For an extra $18, it's definitely worth upgrading from the Archos "sleeve." If it had a stylus holder, I would have given 5 stars.
