After receiving an email titled " Best MP3 Player you never heard of " I reasearched the Archos 605 MP3 Player. It was hard to find anything negitive about the 605. I purchased the Archos 605 about 1 month ago and now can confirm that it trully is the best MP3 Player on the market. There is nothing that cant be done with the 605, from Wi-Fi internet browsing to music to the best quality video of any player today.Customer Review: The best PMP in the market!

I've had my Archos 605 for two years now and its the best portable electronic gagdet I've ever bought. Surf the net, download movies, show, music, pictures, or your own video in any format. Never have to worry about compatibility. Also, purchase the DVR you will be able to watch your stored movies on the big screen as well as recording your favorite shows and taking them on the road.Customer Review: Archos 605 Review

I rather like my Archos. While haven't played with the WiFi yet, I am enthused about the music, video, and file storage. The picture quality is brilliant even when watching battle scenes in .avi. I wish the menus were a little easier to navigate, but that's hardly an issue. Even the battery holds up well enough. All in all, I have no major gripes.Customer Review: Fantastic device!

This device is a superior alternative to the ipod for portable media viewing. I upgraded from the Archos 604 (also a great device). Wi-fi browser is a bit slow, but does work. I wish there were an e-mail client for this device, or current Flash supported plug-in. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.Customer Review: Great product for a great price. Totally satisfied.

The only drawback that I find is that it is a little bulky but the big screen really helps while browsing the internet, watching videos or pictures. The user interface is not the most friendly one either but its just a matter of getting used to it. Overall, it is a great product.
