I am the sort of person who researches every purchase to death so I don't feel buyer's remorse 2 weeks after I make my purchase. I had been looking at a couple other products and never even looked at the iTouch until several days before I made my purchase. What finally caught my eye was that I kept seeing the iTouch appear at the top of the list in many product reviews. When I finally looked at it, I realized that it provided capabilities beyond the standard MP3 players, capabilities that I could use. I am very happy with the iTouch and am, once again, free of "buyer's remorse".Customer Review: Just Amazing

OK I've owned a lot of gizmos over the years and I currently have a Zune, a couple of regular iPods, and a Palm PDA, but none of them close to matching what the iPod touch can do and the ease with which one can do them (I learned everything I need to know about using it in less than a hour). It's everything one needs to surf the net, listen to music, find maps, store photos, keep one's calendar and contacts, etc., and all with the touch of a screen. This is the only device I can seeing needing for all my personal/business needs and I will be retiring all the rest.Customer Review: I love it... Use it all the time

I purchased a refurbished 4GB on Amazon a few months back. I think this is the best thing since sliced bread. Everything works perfectly for me. The only problem I had was after I purchased a case for it that had magnets in it. These extremely powerful magnets would make the touch lock up every day for a week. I found nothing online about the problem, but took the magnets out and it has not locked up once in 4 months.
BTW: 8 gigs is plenty if you want to save some bucks. I have a dozen videos, and tons of music on this baby.

I kept seeing all the commercials and wondered do I need one? So I broke down and bought a refurbished one. Yeah I needed it. I found out right away that carrying a phone instead of an ipod and a phone made a lot more sense. This phone has run great no locking up, upgrading of app issues or anything. I was really surprised by how good the sound quality was coming out of the speakers.
My only complaints are battery life doesn't last as long as I wish it would and accessories cost too much.
Overall a great purchase.

This is more than I ever thought it could be. It even picks up the wireless network at my job. Whenever I don't feel like opening and turning on my laptop, just to check my email, I just check it on my iPod. This iPod is perfect for so many things. 5 of 5 for this amazing product. I am just waiting for the XBOX360 update so that it will initialize and I can listen to my iPod on it. This product is slim, smooth, sexy, and powerful. So rarely you find a product with beauty and performance. It's the Lamborghini of portable music players.
