Perfect running companion! I would not recommend the shuffle as being your primary mp3. I bought mine because I had a 30GB ipod that I was not comfortable with using while active. The shuffle on the otherhand, is a wonderful alternative if you already have an ipod since you already have your itunes setup and you can just create a workout folder for your shuffle to sync to.Customer Review: Great for the gym

At first I was looking at other mp3 players for the gym that had a screen but I decided this would be better...and it is! I love that it clips to my shirt, instead of some bulky armband, and I can just push the button to scroll through the songs without looking. THIS IPOD IS BETTER THAN THE OLD CRAPPY SHUFFLE, THIS ONE HAS A CLIP, COMES IN A NICE ORANGE COLOR AND IT IS PRETTY HARD TO SCRATCH, I HAD MINES IN MANY PLACES BUT IT DOESN'T SEEING SCRATCH YET. PRETTY PORTABLE AND LIGHT. JUST BE CAREFUL IS EASY TO MISPLACE, YOU BETTER MAKE SURE WHERE YOU PUT IT.Customer Review: I love it.

I wear the shuffle when I'm working out at the gym, running on the beach, and just doing stuff around the house. It is hard to keep it clipped sometimes so I recommend buying the armband or a lanyard. Other than that, it does exactly what I wanted it too -- keeps me motivated with good music. :)Customer Review: iPod Shuffle is Great

The iPod is efficiently designed and easy to use. The thumb control is simple and can be used without looking at it. The manual is written in English by an English-speaking person! This is fairly remarkable, in the technology world. I love my iPod so much, that I bought one for my partner.
