Customer Review: Finally...My Music My Way

My first MP3 player was a 1GB model that my sister got me for christmas. It worked well but to hear a particular song I had to push forward 'til I found it. And with 200+ songs that could be a chore. With this iPod (my 1st) I can finally find what I want to hear when I want it. THAT was the big selling point of the iPod for me. I know in the future I'll upgrade to a higher GB model, but right now this is good enough for me. With almost 500 songs (hey, I just got the thing last week), I've got my faves at my fingertips (literally).And I have big fingers but have had no problem with the wheel. I like the games available from iTunes and will probably download Tetris in the future and will check out the video stuff, but since my interest is primarily music, that is where I'll be. Syncing is a lot easier than with Windows (although going through 1900 songs can be fun). My only (minor) complaint is that iTunes can't get all the album covers. Any suggestions on that for an iPod newbie? Overall, I'm completely satisfied with my nano. Finally...my music, my way.Customer Review: iPod Nano 3rd generation

To me having an mp3 player is essential! I use it while I'm working all the time. I had my first ipod nano for nearly 3 years and when it started not lasting the entire day I decided to upgrade rather than having the battery replaced, since I had beaten and used my first one unbelievably. I love it, I don't really need a video screen although it's neat how the album covers flash through. If I'm going to watch a movie I'll do it on a bigger screen! But I listen to books and music and on my old one I had to keep less on it now I have 5 audio books and my favorite music on it and there's room for more! I like ordering through amazon, the discount on the ipod was nice but when you order through Apple you have to sign for your purchase and I'm not home during the day and so it's really a pain to coordinate someone being here. Through Amazon I got one day deliver through amazon prime for just 3.99 and I didn't have to sign for it. Plus my UPS guy knows I'm not home till the night and often he comes after 5! So I'm extremely pleased with my purchase!Customer Review: Clear, compact and cute! Suits my granddaughter to a T!

My son has the 8GB model in black, but I saw this one and thought my granddaughter might like it better ... because it's cuter and more "girly." She's not your typical girly-girl because she's athletic and studious, too, but she does enjoy her music.
When I presented it to her I found that I'd made the right choice! Her eyes lit up ... which always makes the "giver" happy. She loves it, carrying it everywhere she goes ... from the sports field to the mall to college.
She likes the fact she can rock to 24-hours of music, or view two movies back to back when she wants to chill out. Besides all that, it holds up to 7,000 photos and it's clear, compact and cute!
No wonder the Apple iPod nano is the world's most popular music player.
Oh, one more thing: I took another reviewer's advice and purchased a cover ... just in case.
Go for it! I recommend it highly!

Let me just start off that this is a good MP3 player and or iPod. For only 140 dollars this is not a bad deal because one its way more nicer than a lot of other brands of MP3 players plus you have games and videos on it too and many other stuff too. It actullay comes with 3.63 gigabytes of music. Plus these are so easy to use all you do is downlad the latest version of iTunes if you dont have it and than simply open that up and than install your iPod and start dragging songs to the icon that says where the iPod is. If your using high quailty mp3 files it can hold about 1,000 songs if there in 128 KB's but if they are in lower quailty mp3 and some high quailty mp3 its about 2,000 songs. And for videos just download them off iTunes. Of course though if you want to get the most of your money maybe wait till the holiday season because there might be new iPod's coming out that are better but still this is a good deal. Its the perfect iPod for anyone whose starting out on iPod's

As usual with Amazon, I am very satisfied with the communications and confirmations PRIOR to my orders. However, disappoint abounds with the service (or lack there of) of my POST order questions.
With this purchase I was to recieve 5 free mp3 downloads from Amazon. After many tries, I finally emailed Amazon and questioned if I needed a code or a special site to take advantange of this offer. I assumed, incorrectly, that a representative would research my order and simply send me the information in question-especially as I am a long time Amazon customer. Imagine my surprise when my reply instructed me to call Amazon to further research this. Although disappointed in having to go this route....I called and was unsuccessfull reaching a person. At this point I gave up and went to itunes. I think that if you are to make an offer, you need to respond to people who want to take advantage of it. This is not the customer service I am used to from Amazon.
