I ordered this "wall charger" thinking it came alone. To my surprise, I also received a usb cable. I was very pleased by this. The price I paid was way lower than what I would of paid had I gotten it elsewhere. The charger alone was $10 more at Walmart. Works great -charges my IPhone completely and quickly. This little dude does just what it should. It charges your usb devices without the need for a computer. It's just a fraction of the cost of the branded one. Of course there is no retail packaging, but if the packaging is worth $20+ to you, go ahead order the other one. If you haven't gotten one yet, it's time you did.
It's so convenient to charge your Ipod without having to always plug it into the computer--especially if your computer is in another room and shared by others.
Though a bit pricey for a simple charger, it's a good product; worked just like it was suppose to.

since this is 100% Apple. It appears that the
chargers are refurbished Apple that have been given the
lime green 'won't burn your house down' Apple

I was extremely surprised when I opened the package up to see how small the adapter actually is. I haven't had a chance to open it up and find out how it works, it is for my Fiance, but considering Apple's stellar products (My Fiance has run over her iPod with her car and only has minor dents) I am sure it will be great.
