Works as expected - no problems so far.
I am using it with 13" MacBook Pro (MC374LL/A) to connect to ViewSonic VX2250WM-LED 22-Inch (21.5-Inch Vis) Widescreen Full HD 1080p LED Monitor.
The adaptor easily plugs in MAC mini display port, detected monitor automatically with all supported resolutions, had no issues with mouse flickering - its smooth as if I am working on laptop screen itself. It is sturdy and no worries of getting plugged out, you need to apply some strength while connecting and removing it (which is good as it will not unplug by itself by minor laptop adjustment)
With dual monitor (ViewSonic and Laptop screen) the transition of mouse from one screen to other is smooth, intuitive and no problems at edges
Before you purchase double check connections of monitor. This is DVI-D single-link and digital-only output with maximum resolution of 1920x1200 at 60 Hz and other end is female DVI-D. If not sure, look for DVI connector pin layout on Wikipedia and make sure it can fit in monitor cable. Or simply ask question to monitor company for right MAC connector.
