I have had this mouse for about a year now, and I haven't had any problems with it, and definitely the thing I like most about it is all the buttons. Just by looking at the mouse it doesn't look like it can do much, but it has a left click, right click, center click( (used for dashboard by default), a cool little scroll bar (which I prefer over the standard rubber ring), and finally the side buttons(exposé). The right click/left click mechanism is almost always very accurate, and the side button is really useful for when you have multiple windows open, because it's the fastest way I found to navigate between them.
Oh, and also the mouse looks nice, MUCH better than the last apple mouse.

I like the mouse - I have it configured as a three-button-mouse and use the scroll ball all the time. It is accurate, fits my hands well, and hasn't let me down yet (the track ball get clogged up somtimes, but so far I've always been able to get it working again by using a moist towel and rubbing the track ball back and forth really hard - it gets unclogged relatively easily that way). If it does byte the dust (mice do after some time), I will not hesitate to order another one (well, I have three already...)Customer Review: Wonderful Mouse...

I found this mouse was wonderful. It sounded like the prior review was based on the lack of experience with Apple products. I've been working with Apple computers for over 6 years. My prior apple mouse was around for all of those years. My new mouse is wonderful. The creative and new options are a welcome change. Apple must have changed the design of the mighty mouse. The one I received is an optical mouse so there is no problem with a ball getting dirty because it doesn't have one. All the other buttons work well and I would recommend this to anyone in the market for a new mouse. Anyone complaining about the ball getting dirty must have an old version.Customer Review: great product

When I first got this I was disappointed by the speed of the tracking. It was TOO slow, but I later discovered that day that I could easily fix this by installing Steer Mouse from Apple's main site. Which giver's you full customization for your Mighty Mouse. And Steer Mouse is free by the way.
