I have suffered from countless issues from previous routers. like others, I have had issues with my old router crashing once a month. This issue got progressively worse as I started to upload large movies to youtube. problem solved with the apple airport extreme base station.
I bought one used on amazon and have been thrilled with the performance. no more hard resets. strong signal throughout my house. works very well with my apple tv. I cannot say enough good things about this router. LOVE IT!
