Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Anycom USB-250 Bluetooth 2.0 400 Ft Broadcom ChipCustomer Review: Excellent product Summary: 5 Stars
I use this bluetooth adapter with a Samsung WEP210 headset (not great)... I can walk almost 10 from the computer still being able to hear conversations wonderfully. The other side doesn't hear me after 3-4m but that's only because the Samsung's broadcast strength is very weak (same happens with my mobile phone and the headset).
This is an excellent bluetooth adapter, I made a good choice not to go with those cheap $5 ones.
Customer Review: Great for my Motorola HT820 Headset/Wireless Speakers Summary: 5 Stars
For the moment I'm only using it for my Headset that I use for Skype (but mainly just for listening to music) and it is great - pairing it is simple, the software is a little bulky, not plug-and-play. It takes a while to install with a CD and when I forgot to take the CD to work I had to download an enormous driver file. I haven't tested out distance or anything but I haven't had any problems so far.
Customer Review: Easy to Install. Good compatiability with W300i Summary: 5 Stars
I used a couple of bluetooth USB dongles before this one (belkin F8T001) but they used to drop connections and transfer rates were very slow with my SE W300i.
After reading reviews on Amazon.com, we bought this one. After about a month of use now, I can say that I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Currently I am just using this to connect to my phone for file transfer (mp3s mostly).
Customer Review: Works with Nokia 6085 Summary: 5 Stars
My Bluetooth adapter was intended to facilitate synchronization between Nokia handset and PC, using Nokia's PC Suite software.
The installation was trouble free. The phone is visible to the PC anywhere within a 30 foot radius.
Nokia PC Suite does not play well with McAfee Host Intrusion firewall and IPS. I must manually disable both of these via the McAfee console.
Customer Review: Best Bluetooth adapter ever! Summary: 5 Stars
Why is this the best adapter ever?
1) Vista drivers 32 bit and 64 bit!
2) This has the most impressive driver utility EVER!
3) Range on this is phenominal.
4) Worth every penny.
I have purchased adapters that were $9 and $20 before and they all were garbage. The cheaper units have poor drivers, THIS UNIT has an AWESOME driver!
