Short little USB cables that force you to store all your devices within 3-6 feet of your computer really irritate me. I dislike having all my peripherals sitting in my lap when I'm trying to do work. I bought one of these so I could put my printer on the back side of my office. It did just want I wanted it to, and I'm very pleased.Customer Review: Well Made Works Great!

If you need an extension this is it at a good price, I was nicely surprised when my first order of Amazon Basics arrived as I had the same thing in a shopping cart at a retail store but put it back on the shelf ... got the Amazon cables for half of what the largest "Big Box Store" was asking for them.

You can spend a lot of money on an extension USB Cable, but you will only be wasting your money. The AmazonBasics USB 2.0 A-Male to A-Female Extension Cable is well built, and even with overnight shipping is a better deal than most other equivalent USB cables. cant really say much, other than these cables work exactly as they should. though i did notice slightly slower transfer speeds when i had a dozen of these cables connected together to make a nearly 120' USB cable. that was just for fun though. longer USB cables always come in handy. great deal on these, too!Customer Review: Great Cable!

If you think a cable made by Amazon is good quality then you are absolutely right! Also as stated in other reviews they really are not that expensive when you consider the free shipping. These cables have better quality fittings than most of the generic ones on here.(I know because I have the generic ones too)
