Once I figured out the order in which to power everything, I was able to enjoy my music from my Zune. I do agree with other reviews that the remote packed with the speaker only controlled the volume, but that did not ruin the product. It will be nice to bring the speaker and the Zune outside instead of the cd boombox and a stack of cd's. We found that the sound was good at low levels as well as when the volume was turned up. This is an exceptional value for money speaker system for the Zune media player. The sound quality is excellent and will fill the room. The system also caters for other mp3 players other than Zune, and have actually tested a Sony MP3 player with the speakers and achieved the same result.

This item is a great buy. I ordered it from J&R on Sunday, it came to my house on Wednesday. Some people have expressed problems with the buttons or remote, I have not had any of these problems. The sound quality is good and you can turn it up as loud as you need. Again, the shipping was excellent, J&R gave me a UPS tracking number, so I knew exactly when it would get here. Would definitely recommend this product and especially J&R to anyone with a zune.Customer Review: I dont get it.....

I purchased this from circuit city as an open box.It cost 69.00 plus tax.
I had read all the complaint about this unit so I was a bit skeptical.
I havent figured out the problems that people are having.I plugged it in
and away I went.No problems,no headaches.I would recommend this to anyone
with a ZUNE.It doesnt sound as loud as my home stereo but works like a dream for work,bedroom or garage.Excellent product..UP THE IRONS...

Since I've experienced Altec Lansing stereo performance in my car, I hoped the same outstanding performance and satisfication would apply to the Zune docking station. When my son opened it for his birthday and set it up, I was astonished! The sound was crisp, balanced, and enjoyable for all to listen! Another great Altec Lansing product! I also received my shipment very quickly and in great condition. I would buy again from this retailer.
