As far as I can tell, this product worked well. I haven't had any skipping problems since I used the product, but my problem was always intermittant, so I don't know if its really fixed. My problem with the product is the instructions are so ambiguous. "Select track 3 and press play when the music stops". Do they mean, "wait until the music stops, then select track 3 and press play'? When I do that, the cd immediately tells me that the cleaning is complete, about 30 seconds into the cleaning, as opposed to the several minutes they tell you to expect. And what is track 2 for? Nothing? I know they are trying to make it super simple, but a bit more explanation would be very helpful. As it is, I haven't a clue if I'm using the product properly or not.
