I got this product with the idea of repairing CD/DVD media with easy. But that wasn't the case. The system will fix lite scratches from the media but not the deep ones. And a major problem with this device is that you have to put pressure down the lid for it to work "the latches that hold the lid close don't work very well". Sorry but I don't recommend this product.
