For the price, this is not going to be an especially amazing phone. But I wanted a corded phone with a speaker, and this fit the bill.
Pluses: Corded phone, speakerphone, decent size buttons, memory numbers, caller ID
Minus: Sound Quality (could be better, but not a surprise for the price)
The phone itself is fine to use and works properly; the sound quality is lacking though. But that's where the price vs. quality issue comes into play.

Product is as advertised. Purchased as our corded phone. Rest are all walk around phones not part of a comon system. Very light weight easily falls of desk. Also cord fron reciever to phone is too short also causing phone to be dragged around. Light blinks if you have made or recieved recent calls. I was looking for a basic phone with caller ID. No frills, little excitement. The phone works fine, but the caller ID will only recognize the incoming calls about half or two-thirds of the time. My other phone will quickly make the identification, so I suspect that it reflects the quality of this unit's caller ID feature. WHEN I FIRST SAW THIS PHONE I THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD BUY. I AN A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN IT'S FUNCTION. THE INFORMATION DOES NOT LIGHT UP AS A CALL IS COMMING THROUGH LIKE IT SHOWS IN THE PICTURE. I HAVE ADJUSTED IT A FEW TIMES AND IT CAN'T BE READ IN THE DARK. THE PHONE IS NICE BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMEND IT.Customer Review: Incomplete Instructions

The basic problem I have with the phone concerns the written instructions. I needed to read betwwen the lines in the manual and make some trial-and-error experimentation. Three weeks after receiving the phone, I am still running into problems not addressed in the manual.
