I must say this is a great product because I live in Florida and the weather here is always changing. Just yesterday we had a bad storm and the power went out while I was typing a report but because I had my computer on the APC I had time to save it and turn the computer off. This product is well worth it to protect your high price investments because what is $85 verse $1000.Customer Review: Just awesome

We have this connected to our QNAP NAS, and has saved us many times. There is a data cable which connects to our NAS that will tell the unit to shutdown upon power failure preventing data corruption. For the price you really cant beat the solutions this offers. Obviously, you wont be able to plug big items into this. Most useful for kit like modem, router, NAS, DVR, etc.Customer Review: APC BE750G is excellent

I am very happy with this product. It is a high-quality, well-designed item that is priced right. Now, if we could just get the moronic component vendors (e.g. my ADSL modem and router) who persist on designing AC adapters that block adjacent open plugs to reorient their plugs by 90 degrees (or maybe APC could do this on their product), life would be even better....

This APC BACK-UPS ES BE750G 10-Outlet 750VA 120V UPS System was purchased to replace an older model used on my computer. The options on the new one are outstanding. With the additional outlets my whole computer system is protected. The only thing I would change is the spacing between outlets. The larger power cords are hard to arrange. This is a good UPS for home use. We recently had a power outage at 3:00 am. The UPS beeped loud enough to waken me and gave me plenty of time to shut down my system. It does supply software that will automatically do that, however I opted to bypass that feature. The size and number of plug in slots is extremely convenient.
