Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of APC BE750G Power Saving Battery Back-UPSCustomer Review: Weathered the Storm! Summary: 5 Stars
I would have had nothing to say about this item except for the fact that we had a giant storm yesterday, with electricity/lights going on and off strobe style! I was glad I had this battery back up/surge protector because I thought without it, my stuff surely would have fried. Worked well and protected all my electronics.
Plenty of outlets for everything. Was very glad I made this purchase.
Customer Review: UPS Summary: 5 Stars
For a long time, I had wanted a UPS to protect my PC in case of a power surge or power failure. I had looked at several models and decided to try this one. It was amazing, I hooked it up without any problems. I decided to purchase a second one to install on my modem and wireless router which is in the basement. I am now well protected. They are out of the way and are working fine.
Customer Review: Very worthwhile Summary: 5 Stars
This is an excellent product. Robust, it offers several features for control and information.
I had already an APC and I decided to change it by this heavier model, since I aggregated some peripherals which were overloading the former one. That older APC worked for more than 4 years with no troubles at all (and is still working well). I wish this new one will repeat the mark.
Customer Review: Works as advertised, nice monitoring software. Summary: 5 Stars
I haven't actually bothered to plug in the data cable for an ups before, but I did for this an installed the powerchute software.
It's very nice, shows history of power events, wattage in use (and available), battery health, etc.
I wish there were more plugs and that they were spaced wider (some are, but not enough), but otherwise a nice little product.
Customer Review: Satellite Receiver Backup Power SupplyB Summary: 5 Stars
We have experienced whenever there is a power interrupt, the TV Satellite system has to reload which takes 5 minutes. This was resolved using the APC Backup power supply. Simply plug the receiver and Flat Screen TV into the Backup receptacles on the APC UPS. Now, whenever there is a power interrupt, the system stays on line and never has to reconfigure the Satellite receiver.
