The UPS arrived dead. I called tech support and was very quickly diagnosing the failure. For whatever reason, the UPS was not being powered by the wall outlet. This is a great little battery backup for a home PC or small television (LCD, DLP, or Plasma for best performance). The surge protection is great, the battery life does quite well depending upon load, and the plugs are spaced out to give you room for those crazy DC adapters.Customer Review: Working Great

Seems to be working fine. I have had no problems, though I have not yet tested it with the software. Shipped sooner than expected. The real test will come with the summer T-storms. Had a blackout a few weeks ago, the APC jumped right in with a seamless transition to battery power, giving me time to shut the computer down.
The one downside was the battery placement was a bit difficult to figure out. Otherwise, highly recommended!
