I usually never write reviews. But if anyone else is suffering from CTS, this is a great option for a mouse. I have been using it for a day and my wrist is already feeling better. Once you use this mouse stick, you will wonder why we have been using that other type of mouse for so long. It naturally fits into your hand and the buttons are very easy to grasp and use. AND there is no software to install. I was using it within 10 seconds of plugging it into the USB port. I really like this computer mouse. It's wonderful for somebody like me, with carpal tunnel syndrome. Regular computer mice make my hand really stiff after a while, but this 3M vertical mouse (which looks like a joystick, but isn't) is excellent for long-term usage. It took about two weeks for me to get used to the buttons, but after that, no problem. I liked the one they got for me at work so much that I got one for home use. And, believe it or not, Amazon.com is the only place I found it at a reasonable price!Customer Review: Great Mouse!

I just love this mouse. I am a Network admin and have been using PC's everyday for about 15 years. This mouse has totally saved my hand! It feels more natural and is easy to use. sometimes I miss the rolling ball but it does have an extra button that brings up an arrow so you can scroll easy. I have had no problems with the precision on this mouse, but it does take a little getting used to. Between this mouse and my ergonomic keyboard (split) my wrists are pain free! I am suffering from tennis elbow and golfer's elbow, not from the sports, but from working at my desk. I checked out every type of mouse but they all had to have my hand flat. I was in too much pain. Then I saw this vertical mouse. My pain was significantly less in a vertical position. So I tried this mouse. I am so much more comfortable and am adapting easily to this mouse. I'm an IT guy, I've been in the business for better than 20 years. Using a mouse is a big part of my day. After years on a regular mouse, I developed problems with my wrist and elbow areas (all at once very painful). Using this mouse has cured my wrist pain, it's gone away completely and not come back. I bought 3 of these things, one for each computer. It's been a great solution in getting my hand oriented in a vastly different position than I was used to!
