I bought this mouse about 3 years ago. I liked it so much that I bought another one for work.
The construction quality is great, it feels solid. It's reliable and precise and of course, very comfortable.
I use it 10 hours daily, 5 days a week. Contrary to my experience with other self-denominated "ergonomic" devices, this one have not created any discomfort after that much use. It's also Linux/OS X/Windows compatible. No drivers needed.
I highly recommend it.

I have been using this mouse since 2000. I work in the I.T. profession. Having worked on all of the "Y2K" updates of all of our computer systems for so many hours caused me to get a very bad case of Carpal. I thought for SURE I would need surgery! Switching to an ergonomic keyboard and this mouse made a TREMENDOUS difference!
I still suffer from carpal, but the symptoms have subsided considerably! Symptoms reappear within 30 seconds of using a "regular" mouse!

This mouse has been a godsend for me. A little background....I used a regular mouse until my right hand couldn't take it anymore and then I used my left hand and the same occurred after about two years. After that I tried a trackball and a gyro mouse but neither helped much. If your problem is like mine where its the clicking and wrist position of a regular mouse that cause the pain, consider this mouse because it sure did the trick for me.Customer Review: Awesome!!

Cleared up my carpal tunnel nicely. My shoulder was a little sore the first month I used it but that's not any problem now, I guess I just needed to build up different parts of my arm.
I do game (not hardcore or anything)and I found this mouse works well enough. I won't buy any other kind of mouse after this. I'd say if anyone has a problem with their normal mouse to give it a try.

I had been suffering from wrist and hand pain from repetitive use of a regular mouse for work. It took a couple of days to get used to and I miss the scroll wheel from my regular mouse, but all the pain in my hand and wrist was done after about 7 days and has never come back. I've had it for 2 months and would never give it back!
